Nestled on the stunning Pacific Coast of Mexico lies Acapulco, a place where the natural beauty of the ocean meets the spirituality of the land. It is here that we can embark on a journey of self-discovery and find balance between our body, mind, and soul.

To achieve this balance, we must approach it holistically. One effective approach is to practice mindfulness, which involves paying attention to the present moment and being aware of our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. This helps us identify imbalances and areas that need attention.

It's also essential to set goals that align with our values and purpose in life. This allows us to prioritize activities and practices that bring us closer to our goals and help us live a fulfilling life.

Positive relationships with others are another crucial aspect of maintaining overall well-being. We can nurture these relationships by spending time with friends and family, volunteering, or joining a community group.

I invite all those who are willing to embark on a journey of healing for their body, mind, and soul, to join us in a 21-day healing program, taking place in Acapulco, on the shores of the Pacific Ocean, from May 1st to May 21st, 2023.

Come and immerse yourself in the beautiful nature of Acapulco's coastline, and connect with the energies of the sky and the sea. Throughout the program, you will learn various techniques that will help you achieve balance for your body, mind, and soul, and discover your unique path to health and happiness.

Join us on this journey of self-discovery and explore new possibilities for yourself and the world!

Immerse yourself in a transformative healing experience amidst the stunning natural setting of Acapulco's Pacific Coast. All activities will take place in the great outdoors, where the salt and mineral-rich air is beneficial for the lungs, and each sunrise and sunset is a meditative time accompanied by the symphony of ocean music and waves.

Day 1: Arrival and welcome ceremony. Participants settle into their accommodations and meet with the program facilitators.

Day 2-5: The first week focuses on grounding and connection. Activities include guided meditations, yoga classes, and nature walks.

Day 6-7: Free days to explore the surrounding natural beauty and relax.

Day 8-11: The second week is centered around self-discovery and reflection. Participants engage in workshops and group discussions aimed at helping them identify areas in their life that need attention.

Day 12-13: More free days to allow participants to rest, recharge and explore.

Day 14-17: The third week is dedicated to personal growth and transformation. Activities include sound healing sessions, breathwork classes, and one-on-one coaching sessions.

Day 18-19: Final free days to rest and integrate the experiences of the program.

Day 20: Closing ceremony and celebration of the participants' journey.

Day 21: Departure day, with participants leaving with a renewed sense of balance, clarity, and purpose.

All activities will take place in the serene natural surroundings of Acapulco's Pacific Coast, where the vast ocean, the lush vegetation, and the mountains merge to create an awe-inspiring landscape. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the local culture and engage with the friendly community, taste the delicious local cuisine, and discover the beauty of the natural wonders that surround them.
